State Guarantees for Business: 168 Billion Hryvnias in Loans Since 2020

According to Мінфін: Small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in Ukraine continue to actively take advantage of the opportunity to obtain loans under state guarantees. Since the introduction of this tool in December 2020, more than 51 thousand loans worth over 168 billion hryvnias have already been issued to them. In November 2025 alone, entrepreneurs received 419 loans totaling about 2 billion hryvnias in just one month. It is noted that as of December 1, 28 lending banks are servicing over 23 thousand loans totaling almost 80 billion hryvnias.
