Artists whose works are initially sold on Subjektiv receive a 15% royalty from any subsequent resale price increase. Listing, curatorial evaluation, and artwork appraisals are free of charge, with a 12% commission fee applied to sellers upon sale.

Valuation and Platform Features

Subjektiv’s pricing model, still in its testing phase, uses mathematical techniques derived from financial derivatives to estimate artwork value. Buyer funds are held securely in an escrow account until both parties confirm receipt of the item. Notably, only artists whose works debut on the platform benefit from royalty payments.

In just three years, Subjektiv has amassed a catalog featuring over 6,000 pieces from 21 countries. The platform enjoys the engagement of around 1,000 active users monthly, reflecting a rising interest in the secondary market offerings.
