PlayCity fined the Winboss casino 1.6 million UAH: why the punishment was imposed

The PlayCity agency decided to hold the company 'Winboss' accountable for violating the legislation requirements in the field of online casinos. After repeated requests for information, the organizer did not provide complete information, resulting in fines totaling 400 thousand UAH and 1.2 million UAH. This is not the first violation by this company, which has previous instances of legislative violations.The head of the agency, Henadiy Novikov, emphasized that every participant in the gaming market must comply with the law, and if they fail to do so, there will be appropriate consequences. PlayCity has currently imposed financial sanctions totaling over 60.8 million UAH to ensure the transparency of the gaming market and equal conditions for all participants. In addition, a contract has been signed with the company 'Computer Information Technologies' to create a State online monitoring system, which will facilitate the issuance of licenses to gambling organizers and increase revenues to the state budget.
