Weather on November 21: fog and sharp temperature fluctuations across the regions

According to ХВИЛЯ: On November 21, rain, fog, and temperature fluctuations are expected in Ukraine. According to the forecast, in the west of the country the temperature at night will be around 0 degrees, and during the day it will fluctuate between +2…7 degrees. In the north and in the Vinnytsia region, the temperature at night will be +1…6 degrees, and during the day – +5…10 degrees.

In other regions of the country, the temperature at night will remain between +6…11 degrees, and during the day it will rise to +13…18 degrees. In Crimea, the temperature may reach +21 degrees. The wind will be from the southeast at a speed of 7–12 m/s.

Forecast for Kyiv and recommendations for drivers

Cloudy weather is expected in Kyiv, with the temperature at night around +2…4 degrees, and during the day – +6…8 degrees. A slight rain is expected at night, moderate during the day, as well as fog with visibility of 200–500 meters. In addition, a yellow level of danger has been announced due to fog, which may complicate traffic movement and increase the number of traffic accidents, reported the press service of Ukrhidrometcentre.

The expected weather conditions may impact the daily lives of Ukrainians, particularly concerning road safety. Drivers are advised to be cautious while moving, especially in foggy conditions that may reduce visibility. It is also important to pay attention to temperature changes, as fluctuations may affect the health and well-being of people, especially those with chronic illnesses.
