The key is not to rush into drastic solutions during such moments. You should allow yourself to reboot, calm down, and only after that tackle the problems. Caring for your own state will help maintain emotional health.
Avoid hasty decisions in a state of emotional burnout; give yourself a chance to recover and only after that take on important decisions.
