Honoring the memory of Valentyn Sichkar: the story of a Hero who returned to hell

According to glavcom.ua: Today in Ukraine, the residents of the country honor the memory of the fallen participants of the war, among whom is Valentyn Sichkar. On March 10, 2023, the defender died during a shelling in the Donetsk region. He was born in Khotyn, studied at a local school, and was a professional builder. After graduating from the lyceum, he joined the special motorized troops and gave his life defending Ukraine.

Valentyn participated in the defense of Debaltseve and proved himself as a true hero, ready to stand up for his fellow soldiers. For his courage and selflessness, he received awards and high honors. His feat in the struggle for the freedom and independence of the country is remembered by all and will forever remain in the hearts of Ukrainians.

The memory of Valentyn Sichkar, as well as that of other fallen participants of the war, is honored in Ukraine every day at 9 o'clock, reminding everyone of the sacrifice and courage of those who gave their lives for the future of the country.
