According to glavcom.ua: A Ukrainian named Serhiy Komyshan decided to join the ranks of the occupiers and fight on the side of the Russian military. His adventure began with mobilization in 2022 when he found himself on a combat mission and even ended up in captivity.

Despite attempts to escape and hide, Serhiy was reinstated in the army, but this time he found himself on the opposing side - the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The situation was complicated by the fact that in captivity the commanders of the Russian troops wished him death, while his Ukrainian compatriots miraculously saved him from this fate.

“On a combat mission, they led under the barrel,” the hero himself reported.

As a result of his choices to switch sides, Serhiy Komyshan found himself in a difficult situation where he had to fight against his own compatriots and experience hostility from both sides. This story is just one of many examples of difficult choices and the consequences they can have.
