Ukrainians Received Over UAH 90 Billion from the Pension Fund in July

According to Пенсії (RSS): By July 31, 2023, the Pension Fund of Ukraine had published its latest financing data, covering pension payouts, housing subsidies and benefits, insurance payments, and social assistance. The Fund also reported on services provided during July to people who visited its offices.
Funding breakdown
- Pension payments: UAH 74.4 billion
- Housing subsidies and benefits: UAH 1.4 billion
- Insurance payouts: UAH 3.4 billion (with UAH 2 billion allocated for sick leave)
- Social assistance and other payments: UAH 11 billion
In July, the Fund provided 1,426.8 thousand services to citizens who reached out to it.
These financing figures reflect Ukraine's ongoing commitment to maintaining social protection amid economic hardship. The substantial spending on pensions, housing aid, and social programs highlights the need to preserve stability and protect vulnerable groups. The data can also be used to evaluate how well the social safety net is functioning and where improvements may be needed.
