Afghan Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who had the right to stay in the country due to his cooperation with the government and the CIA, attacked two military personnel. As a result of the attack, both military personnel sustained serious injuries and are hospitalized in critical condition. The suspect is currently also in the hospital under police supervision and is charged with attempted murder using a weapon.
