How the process of returning after desertion works:

• If a military personnel left their unit for less than 3 days, they will be reimbursed for monetary, food, and other provisions. Criminal proceedings are possible, but administrative responsibility may also apply.
• If a military personnel left their unit for more than 3 days and expressed a desire to return by August 30, 2025, criminal proceedings will be initiated or terminated.
