Firefighters successfully evacuated 10 people from the upper floors, including one child. Three individuals required medical attention, with one person subsequently hospitalized. The fire was extinguished by 10:17 PM, having covered an area of 30 square meters. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by law enforcement.
