President Honors Interior Ministry Personnel: Hero of Ukraine Title and Order of Danylo Halytsky Awarded

Ceremony Recognizes Members of Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs

According to ДСНС: In a formal ceremony, the President of Ukraine conferred state honors on personnel from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVS) for their dedication and service. Recipients came from the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service, the National Police, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Commander Ihor Obolensky of the National Guard's 2nd Corps 'Khartyia' was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine along with the Gold Star Order. Meanwhile, the Order of Danylo Halytsky was presented to four service members: National Guard Senior Lieutenant Dmytro Usmanov, State Border Guard Service Senior Lieutenant Oleksii Stavytskyi, Police Major Serhii Yaskov, and Civil Protection Service Colonel Artur Donya.

The President expressed gratitude to each honoree, stating:

“We thank each of you for your service. Glory to Ukraine!”

These awards highlight the critical role law enforcement and emergency services play in maintaining security and order across the country.
