Zelensky awards heroes-border guards of Kherson: why they received orders

According to МВС: This week, heroic border guards from Kherson region were honored in a special way. The President of Ukraine personally presented them with state awards for courage and selflessness in defending the country. One of the captains was recognized for effective leadership, a senior sergeant - for dedication to the cause, and the chief sergeant - for successful reconnaissance activities.
