According to glavcom.ua: Renovation of the 'Ustyluh - Zosin' checkpoint on the border with Poland is ongoing until the end of December, with restrictions on the passage of vehicles in certain lanes. This was reported by the State Customs Service through 'Glavkom'.

In particular, the Volyn customs has noted a significant increase in the number of passenger and irregular bus transport through the 'Ustyluh - Zosin' checkpoint. This is related to the increased flow of tourists during the summer season and the restriction of passenger car movement through the 'Yahodin' checkpoint.

Recommendations for travelers from customs officers:

Travelers planning to cross the border with Poland are advised to plan their trip in advance. It is worth choosing less crowded checkpoints, even if they are far away, to avoid queues near 'Ustyluh' when exiting Ukraine.

Increase in traffic at the border:

The passenger flow through the 'Ustyluh' checkpoint in the Volyn region increased by 25-35% during the summer tourist season, reported the State Border Guard Service.

In the future, the restoration of 29 checkpoints at the border and the construction of 17 new ones by 2030 is planned. The development of the 'eQueue' system, which is already functioning at 28 checkpoints, is also anticipated.

The 'Ustyluh - Zosin' checkpoint is important for cross-border travel and tourism between Ukraine and Poland. The increase in passenger flow and the renovation of the checkpoint indicate active development of border infrastructure aimed at improving conditions for travelers.
