Enemy loses two field guns and two mortars to Steel Border's drone-directed strike
Joint strike takes out hidden enemy artillery
According to МВС: Border guards from the Steel Border unit teamed up with drone operators to carry out a strike on the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk fronts. Their mission uncovered and eliminated camouflaged enemy artillery positions.
What the drones found
Two concealed guns and two mortars belonging to the opposing forces were spotted and destroyed by UAV crews. The operation dealt a useful blow in the effort to counter the threat these weapons posed to local security.
The success highlights how unmanned aerial vehicles are transforming modern combat, enabling troops not just to locate hostile positions but to strike them directly. Combined border-guard and drone operations like this can strengthen regional defences and reduce the danger of artillery bombardment.
