    • limit for PrivatBank cards - up to 100,000 UAH per day;
    • limit for other bank cards - up to 20,000 UAH per day.
  • At ATMs:
    • PrivatBank cards - up to 20,000 UAH every three hours, but no more than 100,000 UAH per day;

A separate issue is the conditions for using ATMs in Odesa and the Odesa region, where they do not accept banknotes of 500 and 1,000 UAH denominations. These restrictions are aimed at reducing risks and enhancing the security of financial operations in the region.

PrivatBank continues to adapt its financial services to the new challenges arising under martial law and urges customers to take into account the new limits when planning their financial operations.

Under martial law, financial institutions, including PrivatBank, are forced to take measures to control the circulation of cash to ensure the security and stability of the financial system. The established restrictions may affect the daily financial operations of citizens, especially the ability to withdraw cash in case of urgent need. It is important for customers to be aware of the new rules to avoid inconveniences in using banking services.
