The 'Ghosts' unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine successfully conducted an attack on the occupiers' airbase in Crimea using drones. According to information from the press service of the intelligence agency, the attack resulted in damage to two Mi-8 helicopters and possibly the tugboat BUK-2190.

'Another result of the systematic combat operations of the GUR MO of Ukraine's 'Ghosts' in the temporarily occupied Crimea: good drones struck the airbase of the Russian invaders in Hvardiyske, near Simferopol – successfully hitting two enemy Mi-8 helicopters.'

As a result of this operation, significant damage was inflicted on the occupying forces on the peninsula. The raid tug, which was hit by Ukrainian intelligence officers, is part of the underwater sabotage forces and resources, reducing the combat capabilities of the Russian unit in the region.

This successful operation demonstrates that Ukrainian intelligence continues to successfully confront the occupying forces in the Crimean peninsula. Earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine had already eliminated new tactics of the Russian occupiers in another direction, continuing to act bravely and successfully in defense of national interests.
