Conscripts at the border: how the TCC receives data on attempts at illegal exit

Preventing illegal border crossing is very important for the security of the country. Men of conscription age who attempt to illegally cross the border are registered and passed for military accounting. This was reported by the representative of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko for the Press and Information Center.

After receiving information about attempts to illegally cross the border, the TCC checks whether the man is on military accounting, whether his details are updated, and whether he is evading mobilization.

For violations of border crossing legislation, administrative liability is provided. These measures are carried out as part of comprehensive cooperation between the border service and other government agencies, Demchenko noted.
