According to ХВИЛЯ: The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts a gradual warming trend and cloudy skies for February 11, but warns of widespread ice forming on roads. Most of the country will remain dry.
Regional Temperature Variations
In the eastern and northeastern regions, nighttime lows will plunge to -15 to -20°C, with daytime highs reaching -7 to -2°C. The west and south will see milder conditions, with nighttime temperatures of -9 to -4°C and daytime readings ranging from -2°C to +3°C. In Zakarpattia, temperatures will hover around 0°C at night and warm to +1 to +6°C during the day.
A southerly wind will prevail at 7-12 m/s, with gusts potentially reaching 15-20 m/s in the Carpathian Mountains. In the Kyiv region, expect nighttime lows of -14 to -9°C and daytime highs of -5 to 0°C. The city of Kyiv will see temperatures of -12 to -10°C at night, rising to -3 to -1°C in the afternoon.
No precipitation is expected for most areas. Exceptions are the Carpathians and Zakarpattia, where light wet snow, rain, and ice are possible. Icy patches will form on roads across the country, except in the south. Patchy fog is expected overnight and in the morning in the Precarpathian region. In the Kyiv region and the capital, the day will be cloudy with clear spells, no precipitation, but with icy patches on roads in places.

Icy road conditions, particularly with overnight freezing, significantly increase the risk of traffic accidents, requiring extra caution from drivers.
