According to Главком: A high-pressure system will bring dry and stable conditions across Ukraine on Wednesday, March 13. According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, atmospheric pressure will dip slightly, but the country will remain under a relatively warm air mass. Consequently, temperatures will stay consistent with recent days.
- Nighttime lows will range from -2°C to +3°C.
- Daytime highs are expected to climb to between +12°C and +17°C.
- In the Transcarpathian region, daytime temperatures could reach up to +20°C.
- In the Carpathian Mountains and along the sea coasts, daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +8°C and +13°C.
Kyiv and the surrounding region are also forecast to have partly cloudy skies with no precipitation. Winds in the capital and oblast will be southeasterly at 5-10 m/s. In Kyiv, nighttime temperatures will be from 0°C to +2°C, with daytime highs anticipated between +13°C and +15°C.
“On March 13, atmospheric pressure in Ukraine will fall weakly, but the weather without precipitation will still be determined by a high-pressure field. A similar temperature distribution to previous days will be maintained in the relatively warm air mass,”
