Compensation program sets records: agrarians are massively receiving funds for domestic equipment

According to hvylya.net: The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has approved the next distribution of funds under the program to compensate 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment. According to the applications submitted in May, 50 agricultural producers will receive compensation totaling more than 6.8 million UAH.

'In May, another 50 agricultural enterprises submitted applications for compensation for the purchase of 65 units of Ukrainian agricultural machinery with a total cost of over 27 million UAH. The state will compensate them more than 6.8 million UAH. The compensation program of 25% of the cost (excluding VAT), as a tool for the development policy of 'Made in Ukraine' producers,' noted Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Andrey Telyupa.

Agricultural producers have purchased a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment of Ukrainian production, in particular: cultivators, seeders, sprayers, harrows, plows, truck scales, rollers, vacuum semi-trailers-tankers, fertilizer spreaders, elevator lifting equipment for grain, storage bunkers, equipment for maintaining dairy herds, manipulators, and additional equipment.

Agricultural enterprises from various regions of Ukraine in the program

A total of 17 regions of Ukraine joined the program in May. The most applications were submitted by agrarians from:

• Dnipropetrovsk region - 7 applications;
• Mykolaiv region - 6;
• Kyiv and Cherkasy regions - 5 each.

Compensation payments for the submitted applications will be made through 9 participating banks in the program. The largest amounts of compensation will be transferred through: Ukrgasbank - 2.89 million UAH, PrivatBank - 2.46 million UAH, Ukreximbank - 0.83 million UAH. A total of 34 banks participate in the program.

The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has announced the approval of the distribution of funds under the compensation program for agricultural producers. The program compensates 25% of the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment, which stimulates the development of domestic production. Agricultural enterprises from various regions of Ukraine participated in the program, and the number of applications submitted is growing, indicating an active interest of agricultural enterprises in government support.
