The Prosecutor's Office demands to terminate the lease agreement for the land plot in Kyiv

According to Прокуратура Київ: The Solomiansky District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv has filed a lawsuit to terminate the lease agreement for the land plot on Lyudmyla Protsenko Street in the Solomiansky District.

The tenant has not fulfilled the terms of the lease agreement regarding the payment of rent for the land, which has resulted in arrears for over 2.5 years. In addition, the plot of almost 0.7 hectares has not been used for its intended purpose for 19 years.

"The area where the plot is located is prone to landslides, and the tenant's failure to carry out landslide and reinforcement works poses a threat to the residents of the capital and the city's infrastructure."

In order to protect citizens and prevent emergencies of natural origin, the prosecutor's office considers it necessary to terminate the lease agreement. The proceedings have been opened, and a preparatory court session has been scheduled in the Economic Court of Kyiv.
