According to Прокуратура Київ: The Prosecutor's Office has mandated the return of a land plot in the Desnyanskyi district of Kyiv worth over 122 million hryvnias, which was illegally occupied for parking lots. The area of this land plot is over 3 hectares, and it is located on Popudrenka Street.

It is known that cooperatives used this land plot without the necessary documents. In 2015, the state registration of the ownership rights of the territorial community of Kyiv to this land was carried out. Recently, the Commercial Court of Kyiv ruled in favor of the territorial community, confirming the legality of the return of this plot.
