According to glavcom.ua: Russian President Vladimir Putin has made demands on Ukraine during talks with the presidents of the USA and Ukraine. In particular, he demands that the Russian language receive the status of 'official' on the territory of Ukraine, and also guarantees security for Russian Orthodox churches.
Putin also proposed a ceasefire along the front lines and a condition of non-aggression from Ukraine and European countries, in case control of the rest of Donetsk is handed over to Ukrainian troops.
At the same time, according to Bloomberg, Putin's stance on control over the entire Donbas remains unchanged. Trump urged Kyiv to make decisions regarding the territories independently, without paying attention to the demands of the President of Russia.
As a result of Putin's demands, the Ukrainian side is facing serious political and security challenges that could be decisive for the future situation in the region.
