According to glavcom.ua: Information about the missile that hit a residential building in Ternopil shocked the public. According to a representative of the Air Forces, this could have been a result of an attack by Russian aviation. Currently, the military is determining whether it was a direct hit or a missile fragment, but the fact remains a fact.
The President of Ukraine confirmed that as a result of the strike on Ternopil, dozens of civilians were injured, including many children. This tragedy once again reminds us of the terrible consequences of the war that has been ongoing in eastern Ukraine.
