Rocket strike on the thermal power plant in Klintsy: several cities left without electricity

According to glavcom.ua: Today in the Bryansk region, a rocket strike hit the thermal power plant in the city of Klintsy. According to the information resource «Glavkom», due to this incident, the electricity went out for a while in various settlements.
