According to hvylya.net: As a result of the rocket attack on Belgorod, there was a massive power outage. Four powerful explosions occurred during the attack, and the rockets reached their targets without interference. The Belgorod CHPP and the 'Luch' substation were hit. The Belgorod 'governor' reported 'quite significant' disruptions in power supply following the Ukrainian attack. 'We are currently dealing with the aftermath and will take maximum measures to connect everything where there is a possibility and need to backup generation,' said Gladkov.
Works to restore power supply in the Belgorod region will continue, and it is expected that they will only be completed by Monday. The company 'Rosseti' did not provide a precise time for power restoration but confirmed that the cause of the emergency shutdown was 'unfavorable weather conditions.'
