According to glavcom.ua: On the night of September 4 to 5, residents of the Ryazan region heard numerous explosions. According to local residents, most explosions occurred near the local oil refinery. Strike drones targeted the plant, leading to a fire on the premises.
Recall that on the evening of September 4, several explosions occurred at one of the industrial enterprises in Luhansk, after which a large fire broke out. According to monitoring channels, the fire at the oil refinery ignited after a series of explosions.
It seems that explosions at industrial sites have become increasingly frequent, posing a serious threat to the industrial sector. Perhaps there is a need to enhance security measures to prevent similar situations in the future.
