Reuters: North Korea may send additional troops to Russia to support the offensive in August

According to Reuters, the deputies received information from intelligence about possible plans for Russia to launch an offensive against Ukraine in July or August.
'The timing may fall in July or August,' noted Lee Sung-kwon after the briefing. The intelligence service confirms its forecasts based on a new set of troops from North Korea and the visit to Pyongyang by a senior Russian official.
According to Lee, Pyongyang may be receiving technical assistance in exchange for supplying munitions and missiles to Russia, particularly in the areas of satellite launches and missile guidance.
