Reserve+ and search by TCK: can an update provoke a mark of violation of military registration
According to hvylya.net: According to lawyer Daria Tarasenko, 'Reserve+' is merely a 'window' into the Unified State Register of conscripts, conscripted servicemen, and reservists, known as 'Oberih'. This application is not an independent database but simply displays information from the primary register.
Many conscripts avoid updating the electronic military accounting document in the 'Reserve+' app to avoid receiving the status 'Wanted' or 'Violation of military accounting rules'. However, experts claim that such fears are unfounded.

If the primary register does not have the status 'Violation of military accounting rules' or 'Wanted', then no warnings will appear in the 'Reserve+' application. However, if problematic information is already present in the register, avoiding the update of the document may complicate further situations that will need to be resolved.
The only case of discrepancies between the data in 'Reserve+' and 'Oberih' cannot be explained, even TCK claims that this should not occur. The problem either exists or does not exist, and manipulation with the application will not help avoid real issues.
Due to the large volume of data that can be entered into the electronic military accounting document, conscripts avoid updating it out of unfounded fears. However, experts confirm that there is no basis for this, as the 'Reserve+' application merely displays data from the primary register, the absence of updates to which may lead to difficulties in the future.
