Russia attacked energy facilities in Poltava and Chernihiv regions: which areas are without electricity

According to glavcom.ua: Last night, the enemy struck the energy infrastructure of the Poltava and Chernihiv regions, as reported by the Ministry of Energy on the 'Glavkom' portal. The attack occurred in the city of Kremenchuk and in the Chernihiv region.
