According to glavcom.ua: The Russian army is incurring colossal losses in the war against Ukraine. To replenish these losses, Moscow is putting pressure on the administrative apparatus of the regions to activate the recruitment of 'volunteers'. In the Trans-Baikal region, the Ministry of Culture is forcing searches for potential 'contract soldiers' among the staff of theaters, museums, and libraries,' CCD notes.
The Ministry of Defense of Russia is facing problems in gathering soldiers for military actions against Ukraine. As the number of people willing to participate in the conflict declines, the Russian authorities are using new recruitment methods and involving additional structures in this process. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD).
Russia is using new methods to recruit fighters for participation in the war against Ukraine, even involving workers from cultural and educational institutions in this process. This indicates that the country is experiencing difficulties in gathering the necessary number of fighters for the conflict in eastern Ukraine.
