Батьківщина постачальника придбала розкішну нерухомість за мільйон доларів: розслідування активів

The wife of the beneficiary of the companies supplying timber for the construction of Kharkiv fortifications recently purchased an elite house near Kyiv at a significantly reduced price. Liliya Batyrsultanova paid only 6 million hryvnias, while its market value is estimated at $950,000.

This luxurious mansion in the closed cottage community 'Sunny Valley', with an area of 530 sq. m, is considered one of the most expensive in the capital region. Recently, Batyrsultanova resold the property for 6.5 million hryvnias to Oleksandr Sikorskyi, raising suspicions of an attempt to avoid asset seizure in case of possible charges.

The documents state that Batyrsultanova bought the house for only about 6 million UAH, which is three times less than the market price. During the journalistic investigation, she managed to resell the property to Oleksandr Sikorskyi for 6.5 million hryvnias. Experts believe that this deal may indicate an attempt to evade asset seizure in case of prosecution.

In recent years, the Batyrsultanov family has purchased assets worth millions of dollars, including a house near Kyiv, properties in Kharkiv for $500,000, and a 2024 Lexus LX 500D worth over $100,000. In their 2020 declaration, their income was found to be significantly lower than the value of the acquired property, raising questions about the origin of these funds.

The news of the purchase of a house near Kyiv at an undervalued price by the wife of the beneficiary of the companies supplying timber for construction can be regarded as hidden assets and potentially dubious transactions requiring further investigation.
