Social media users began mocking him, pointing out his contradictory position in the fight against wealth. Even more trust was undermined regarding his criticism of the 'rich' by the emergence of old photographs online, in which he poses with no fewer than four different luxury watches.
The incident sparked discussions about the public images of deputies and their attitudes toward external status. This case became a reason for expressing different viewpoints on this topic in society.
As a result, the public exposure of the French deputy Louis Boyard during his attempt to remove the watch before the beginning of the television interview provoked anger and mockery on social media. This episode prompted society to express various opinions on public figures and their external status.
