According to Главком: On April 17, Russian forces launched strikes on the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts, as well as the city of Kryvyi Rih in the Dnipropetrovsk region. These attacks resulted in injuries to eight civilians. The National Police of Ukraine, which is documenting the aftermath, reported that the assaults involved artillery, drones, and aerial bombs. In Kryvyi Rih, the enemy targeted city infrastructure, damaging multi-story residential buildings. A 39-year-old man was wounded in this attack. In the Synelnykove district, drones struck the Vasylkivka community, hitting an industrial enterprise and injuring two men, aged 51 and 70.

In a separate incident on April 20, Russian drones attacked Pryluky in the Chernihiv region. The strike hit a district police department, partially destroying the building and injuring a local resident. Information about this event has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which covers violations of the laws and customs of war.
