The situation with the Russian military-industrial complex

According to Главком: The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, noted that the Russian military-industrial complex is meeting and exceeding its plans for the production of missiles and drones. According to Budanov, this will lead to the continuation of air attacks on Ukraine, which have been ongoing since autumn last year. During this period, Russia began massive missile strikes on the country’s energy infrastructure.

Budanov emphasized that the Russian military industry has reached its peak capacity, allowing it not only to meet planned production volumes but also to exceed them. This means that the threat from Russia remains high, and the possibility of an increase in the number of attacks on Ukraine persists.

Russia's mobilization plan

Furthermore, it is worth noting that Russia has a mobilization plan for 2026, indicating the duration of military actions and readiness to continue the conflict. Thus, the situation in Ukraine remains tense, and Ukrainian forces continue to be threatened by the Russian military machine.

Kyrylo Budanov's statements highlight the importance of monitoring the activities of the Russian military-industrial complex, as their ability to overproduce weapons can significantly impact the course of the conflict. In the context of prolonged military actions and Russia's strategic plans, Ukraine needs to continue strengthening its defense capabilities and seek support on the international stage. The situation in the region remains dynamic, requiring constant attention and readiness for possible threats.
