Overnight on April 23, Russian forces attacked Dnipro using drones. The assault caused severe destruction: in a high-rise building in the city center, apartments from the ninth to the sixth floors were completely obliterated. Additionally, water, gas, and electricity services were cut off in the affected building. Damage was recorded at four locations, with at least 13 buildings impacted.
