Russian Strikes Across Ukraine

According to Міністерство інфраструктури: A massive overnight assault involving more than 200 drones has left several people wounded in Dnipro, Odesa, and the Kharkiv region. The attacks targeted both infrastructure and residential areas. In Dnipro, seven people are currently hospitalized following a Russian strike, while in Odesa five individuals have been admitted, two of whom are in critical condition. Additionally, one person sustained injuries in the Kharkiv region.

Nature of the Attacks and Their Aftermath

Officials report that the majority of the drones deployed by Russia were Shahed-type, with ballistic missiles also used in the assault. Approximately thirty attack drones were launched since morning. In the Mykolaiv region, energy grid facilities were hit, leaving thousands of households without electricity. In Odesa, drones struck residential buildings, while in Dnipro a bus was destroyed and a residential building, a shop, and several cars were damaged. The city of Zaporizhzhia also reported damage from the attack.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy underscored the critical need for continued international support:

He added that 'Russia must end this war of its own, and that can only be achieved through pressure on it.' Zelenskyy also stressed that 'the pressure must not be reduced, and sanctions must work,' expressing gratitude to all those who are helping Ukraine and its people.

Dozens of people have been injured by Russian strikes today, with the situation remaining tense across the entire country.
