According to ХВИЛЯ: Moscow has designated Ukrainian companies involved in missile technology development as primary targets for military action. President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed this, warning of potential military, political, and propaganda attacks. He shared these remarks on social media following a briefing by Major General Oleh Ivashchenko, head of the Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate.

According to the intelligence report, Russia views Ukraine's ability to produce its own ballistic missile systems and localize anti-ballistic defense manufacturing as a strategic threat. Ukrainian intelligence has gathered data on facilities, distances, production capacities, and supply routes for critical components and machinery.
