Russian Military Strikes Target Ukraine's Energy Infrastructure

According to Главком: In overnight attacks, Russian forces targeted the energy infrastructure of Odesa and other Ukrainian cities. The assault on Odesa occurred on the night of February 17, damaging a key infrastructure facility and civilian buildings, with two people reported injured in the city. These strikes are part of a wider pattern of attacks on civilian infrastructure that has characterized the conflict since 2022.

That same night, Russian troops also attacked Dnipro with ballistic missiles and deployed attack drones. A massive coordinated assault was carried out across Ukraine using a combination of missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. The primary targets of the attack included:
