Russia accuses the Armed Forces of Ukraine of using a human shield: what is known about the fake

Russian propaganda is once again spreading a fake to slander Ukrainian military forces. According to their claims, the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sosnivka, located in Dnipropetrovsk region, used civilians as a "human shield," forcing them to assist the wounded and dig trenches. However, the Center for Counteracting Disinformation states that this is just a lie without evidence.

Currently, the Russian Ministry of Defense is also trying to disseminate disinformation, claiming the destruction of a Ukrainian drone launch point in Chernihiv region. However, experts have already debunked this fake. Additionally, it is worth noting that Russia is preparing a new stage of an information campaign to discredit Ukraine's political leadership and the issue of prisoner exchanges.
