According to hvylya.net: In the Sumy region, the police recorded an attempt of remote mining. The enemy, using drones, tried to deliver anti-tank mines to the territory of Ukraine to cause harm. This information was confirmed by law enforcement.

'...uses unmanned aerial vehicles to deliver anti-tank mines deep into our state and mine the territory', the police explained.

Subsequently, the employees of the explosive ordnance disposal unit discovered a suspicious object in the field. According to their words, it was a CKTM-3 cassette with an anti-tank mine inside.

As a result, specialists destroyed the mine on-site through electric detonation. The incident confirmed the threat posed by drones that requires attention and safety measures.

The conflict in eastern Ukraine continues, and the enemy may use various methods of warfare, including drones for mining territories. It is important for law enforcement to be ready to respond to such threats and possible attacks.
