The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, reported that a 40-year-old man died as a result of the attack, and there are a total of five injured. Medics are providing them with assistance. Russian occupiers continued to attack various regions of Ukraine, striking the energy infrastructure. After the stabilization of the situation in the energy system, emergency shutdowns will be canceled. Among the facilities affected by the attacks are enterprises of the oil and gas industry in Poltava region and energy and port infrastructure in Izmail in Odesa region.

As a result of the attack by Russian drones on Kharkiv, a kindergarten was destroyed, children were injured, and one man died.
