This event triggered heavy congestion from the Troieshchyna neighborhood toward the Northern Bridge. Public transportation services have also been affected:

• Buses numbered 21, 73, 101, and 114 are now operating on altered routes with delays.
• Trolleybuses 29, 30, 31, and 47 are restricted to running separately on each riverbank.
• On the left bank, trolleybus routes run between Myloslavska Street and Darnytska Square.
• On the right bank, trolleybuses serve the areas between Kurenivka railway platform, Lukianivska metro station, Kadetskyi Hai Street, and Minsk metro station to Pochaina metro station.

Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko responded to the attack, stating:

"The Northern Bridge was struck. Emergency services are responding immediately."

He further explained:

"The bridge’s roadway and trolleybus contact network were damaged. Traffic from the left to the right bank is currently blocked."

Previously, drones had struck near the Southern Bridge’s supports twice, causing metro service interruptions.
