According to hvylya.net: Western sanctions against the Russian oil sector have led to a decrease in Russian oil imports to China. According to analysts, Chinese imports could fall to 800 thousand barrels per day, which is significantly lower than normal levels.
American sanctions have also impacted the Chinese oil terminal and the port of Rizhao, restricting the flow of Iranian oil to China. This has resulted in large volumes of oil from Iran and other countries getting stuck at sea. Consequently, Chinese refineries have begun seeking new sources of oil supply and building new supply chains.
