Ukrainian 4×400 m Relay Team: The Junior Record That Still Impresses

At the 2017 European U20 Athletics Championships, the women's 4×400 m relay team of Ukraine won gold. With Ivanna Avramchuk, Joyce Koby, Iryna Marshchak, and Anastasiya Bryzhyna, the Ukrainians showcased an impressive result of 3:32.82 minutes. This was a junior record for Ukraine and the best result in the world among juniors at that time.

In the qualifiers, the Ukrainian team also demonstrated the best time among all participants. The previous junior record of Ukraine also belonged to the team. This performance became one of the strongest in the history of the Ukrainian 4×400 m relay among juniors.
