According to hvylya.net: The United States has proposed a plan for Ukraine to end the war with Russia. The agreement involves giving up part of the territory and some weapons.
According to information, Washington expects Ukraine to agree to the main points of the agreement. The plan was developed by the Ukrainian side in consultations with Russia. These days, representatives from the Pentagon are visiting Kyiv to resume peace negotiations.
A secret framework agreement is to be reached by the end of November with the aim of concluding the conflict between all parties.
