According to information, Washington expects Ukraine to agree to the main points of the agreement. The plan was developed by the Ukrainian side in consultations with Russia. These days, representatives from the Pentagon are visiting Kyiv to resume peace negotiations.
A secret framework agreement is to be reached by the end of November with the aim of concluding the conflict between all parties.
