The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that Netrebko's concert was scheduled to take place on October 6 in Cluj-Napoca along with the Transylvanian Philharmonic Orchestra, and she was to be awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of the George Emil Palade National Medical Academy.
