Romania destroyed the Sea Baby drone in the Black Sea: what is known about the incident

According to glavcom.ua: Romania successfully neutralized the threat posed by the Sea Baby drone in the Black Sea. The military detected and neutralized a suspicious object east of the city of Constanta, after which it was controlled and destroyed. This has avoided a potential threat to shipping in the region.
A notable incident also occurred involving Russian drones that invaded Romanian airspace. These drones crossed the border near Vilkovo, but fortunately were intercepted before they could pose any real threat.
