Ukrainian families of captives have become targets for fraudsters who call and try to extract bank card details under the guise of representatives of the Ministry of Regional Development. The ministry emphasizes that their representatives will never ask for confidential data related to bank cards. To receive assistance for those released from captivity, it is necessary to correctly prepare a package of documents, including a certificate with bank account details. If any questions arise or clarifications are needed, ministry staff can be contacted directly through official communication channels. In case of suspicious calls, it is advised to report to the police for further investigation.
